More Google reviews for your salon, without chasing clients.
A good cut or color is exactly when a client would say something kind, and exactly when you are too busy to ask. SaysWell asks every client for you, a few days after the appointment, and drafts a reply to each review that comes in.

When to ask, and how.
Reviews are easiest to write while the visit is still fresh. Here is how that works for salons, barbershops and nail studios.
A few days after the appointment
Long enough for the new color to get compliments and for them to see how it wears, short enough that they still remember you.
By email, not at the chair
Nobody likes being handed a phone while still wearing the cape. An email they can answer when it suits them is easier on everyone.
Every client, not just the happy-looking ones
SaysWell sends the same request to everyone on your list. It never picks who to ask by how the visit seemed to go.
The request, and the reply.
Sample wording for salons, barbershops and nail studios. Your own emails use your business name and the tone you choose.
Hi Maria, thanks for coming in on Tuesday! If you were happy with your color, would you mind leaving a quick Google review? It only takes a minute and helps other people find us.
Leave a review“Best color I've had in years! The whole team was so friendly and the salon is spotless.”
Hi Maria, thank you so much for the kind words! We're so glad you love your color and can't wait to see you at your next appointment. — The team at Bella Hair Studio

Questions from salons, barbershops and nail studios
How soon after the appointment does the request go out?
You choose. The default is 3 days after the visit date, and you can change it in your settings.
Will clients who had a bad visit get asked too?
Yes. Every client gets the same request. Choosing who to ask by how they are expected to rate you is called review gating, it is against Google's rules, and SaysWell doesn't do it.
Does SaysWell reply to reviews for me?
Nothing is ever posted for you: you read each reply, change anything you like, and post it yourself.
