- One-time setup, $149. Waived if you're already a SaysWell reviews customer on a 3-month plan.
- Going over your minutes? Calls forward to your own number. Or turn on “keep answering” with a spending limit you set: extra minutes are $0.59 each, billed once at renewal.
- Spam, silent and very short calls don't use up your minutes. Calls are capped at 10 minutes.
- Your price stays the same for at least 12 months, and we give 60 days' notice of any change.

How does setup work?
You send us a request and we email you to learn about your hours, services and common questions. We then build your assistant, set up a phone number, and let you hear a test call before it goes live. You don't configure anything yourself.
What does it cost?
The After-Hours plan is $119 a month and includes 150 minutes of calls, plus a one-time $149 setup (waived if you're a SaysWell reviews customer on a 3-month plan). Our first 10 customers get $99 a month, locked for 12 months. We agree everything with you before you pay anything.
What if I use more than my minutes?
Your calls aren't dropped. By default they forward to your own number and we let you know. If you'd rather keep the assistant answering, you can switch that on with a monthly spending limit you choose, and extra minutes are $0.59 each, billed once at renewal. The assistant never keeps answering past your limit.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. The greeting says it's an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, because some states require it and it's the honest thing to do.
What if it can't answer something?
It takes a message, and callers can always ask for a person. The goal is that no caller is ever left with nothing.
Which countries and businesses?
To start, businesses in the United States and Canada: salons, restaurants, home services, auto repair, veterinary, real estate, fitness studios and pet grooming. We aren't offering it for dental or medical practices. We're setting up a limited number of businesses personally at first, so each one gets proper attention.
