Why it matters

reviews@yourbusiness.comthan one from a platform they've never heard of. - A more professional look: the request reads as coming directly from you, not from third-party review software.
- Your own sender reputation: over time, your domain builds its own standing with inboxes like Gmail — separate from every other business sharing the platform default.
