The service

Reputation SaaS helps businesses send review-request emails to recent customers and draft replies to reviews found on Google or Yelp. We do not post replies to Google or Yelp on your behalf — you copy and paste drafts yourself.

Plans and billing

Starter and Pro plans are billed monthly, with no annual option. A 14-day free trial is available with no card required. International accounts are billed in USD via Paddle; Pakistan-based accounts are billed in PKR via PayPro. If a payment fails, your account enters a short grace period before access is restricted.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the customer data you upload and for having a legitimate basis to contact those customers. Review requests must go to every imported customer without filtering by expected sentiment — this isn't just a platform setting, it's a legal requirement under FTC rules on review solicitation.

Healthcare-adjacent businesses

If you operate a dental or medical practice in the United States, you agree not to upload patient records or appointment data through this service — only customers who have separately consented to marketing contact.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your account becomes read-only immediately, data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe, then permanently deleted. See our Refund Policy for billing specifics.
